RMT-A stands for rec.music.tori-amos: the first Toriphile Usenet community. It’s a revolving community of Toriphiles and net addicts. Considering how much we adore Tori, we tend to spend a proportionally small amount of time talking about her. In addition to Tori-talk, we talk about other music, sex, food, or whatever personal information an rmta-er shares with the rest of us. We try to keep the community running smoothly.

For those of you with worthless or spotty newsfeeds, the wonderful Scott Kenney maintains the rmta-by-mail list and a mail-to-news gateway, and is the establisher and keeper of rmta.org.
